Peugeot 5008- the first compact van of the French brand Peugeot. The first generation was presented in September 2008 at the Paris Motor Show. It was produced in five- and seven-seater configurations from 2009 to 2016 at the PSA concern plant in Sochaux (France).

First generation Peugeot 5008 petrol and diesel engines.

Petrol:

• 1.6L VTi 120 (120 hp, 160 Nm);
• 1.6L THP 156 (156 hp, 240 Nm);
• 1.6L THP 163 (163 hp, 240 Nm).

Diesel:

• 1.6L HDi FAP 115 (115 hp, 270 Nm);
• 1.6L BlueHDi 120 (120 hp, 300 Nm);
• 2.0L HDi FAP 150 (150 hp, 340 Nm);
• 2.0L HDi FAP 163 (163 hp, 340 Nm);
• 2.0L BlueHDi 150 (150 hp, 370 Nm);

Gearboxes - five- and six-speed manual. In addition, the "first" 5008th was equipped with a six-speed "automatic" and a robotic transmission of a similar range.

In September 2016, at the Paris Motor Show, Peugeot introduced the second generation of the 5008 model. In the new generation, the car is positioned by the manufacturer only as a crossover.
