Description Peugeot 3008 (2008 - 2013)
Peugeot 3008 - C-class crossover, built on the basis of the 308 hatchback. In Ukraine, only a front-wheel drive version is offered. All-wheel drive hybrid modification is equipped with a diesel engine paired with an electric motor. The latter transmits torque to the rear wheels. However, such a hybrid is not supplied to the Ukrainian market.
Therefore, a kind of replacement, at least partial, all-wheel drive is designed to provide a special electronic assistant called Grip control, which is available as an option for modifications with a manual gearbox, as well as for a diesel version. The system can work in four modes, providing the best grip of the drive wheels on different surfaces.
In our market Peugeot 3008 is presented with two petrol and one diesel engine. A 1.6-liter gasoline aspirated engine with a capacity of 120 forces comes with a six-speed manual gearbox. Turbocharged 1.6 liter engine develops 156 hp. and can be equipped with the same mechanics or a six-speed automatic with a torque converter. A diesel car with a 1.6 e-HDi engine, equipped with a start / stop system, comes only with a six-speed robotic mechanics.
A wide list of additional options for the Peugeot 3008 includes displays in the headrests of the front seats, a projection screen in front of the windshield that duplicates the instrument panel indicators, a panoramic glass roof with an electric curtain, a JBL audio system, leather interior and so on.
The European versions of the Peugeot 3008 have a clearance of 156 mm, for the CIS countries it has been increased to 174 mm. The model is made in France.
