Peugeot 107 5dr- sales of the updated version of the hatchback in Ukraine began almost immediately after the premiere, held at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The Peugeot 107 received new bumpers, as well as LED daytime running lights, which are offered for a fee.
"One hundred and seventh" is a global brainchild, created jointly with the Japanese companies Toyota and Daihatsu. Therefore, in the mid-2000s, the “triplets” appeared on the market at once - the Peugeot 107, Citroen C1 and Toyota Aygo. All of them are built on the same platform, the differences lie only in suspension settings, options and, of course, appearance.
The hatchback uses a 1-liter gasoline engine developed by Daihatsu as an engine. The return of the three-cylinder unit is 68 horsepower and 93 Nm of torque. The electronic variable valve timing system and other engineering tricks four times led the engine, which weighs only 69 kilograms, to the title of "Best Engine of the Year" in the category of power plants up to one liter.
The basic gearbox is a "mechanics" for five gears. Instead, you can choose a robotic transmission with the ability to manually shift using the paddle shifters.
Already in the initial configuration, the Peugeot 107 is equipped with two airbags, as well as anti-lock brakes, brake force distribution and emergency braking assistance. Side airbags and air curtains are offered as options for the car.
Peugeot 107 is produced in the Czech city of Kolin.
